5 miles south of Greenfield on State Route 753. |

Paint
Creek Lake is noted for its outstanding Largemouth,
Smallmouth, and Spotted Bass, White and Black Crappie,
Bluegill, Sunfish, Catfish, Suckers, and Carp. The fishery
has developed from the resident fish populations in the streams
which flow into it . |
Boating
Information |
This
is an unlimited horsepower lake. Two improved boat launches
are available - one is off of the Rattlesnake arm, off of Cope
Road on the west side, and the other is on Taylor Road. |

The
Division of Wildlife activities include monitoring fish
populations, creel studies, and physical and chemical
water quality analysis. |
