Reservoir is located in Delaware and Franklin
Counties, just north of Columbus. It can be accessed by
State Route 161 to Sunbury Road. US Route 3 runs along
the west side of the lake, and US Route 605 is to the east.

Reservoir contains Largemouth Bass, Bluegill,
Crappie, Catfish, and Saugeye.
is an 6 HP restriction on Hoover. Many small ramps
are located on the west side of the lake along Sunbury
Road, while an improved ramp is on Red Bank Road.
Division of Wildlife activities include stocking,
monitoring fish populations and water quality analysis.
